Without examining its difficult to comment but the symptoms are suggestive of nerve compression at some level of the spine(cervical)...better would be to consult an orthopedic doctor...and if he advices,physiotherapy treatment can be taken....also get her vitamin D levels checked in blood test.

Hello..
Well we need to examine her and also require a detailed history but considering her symptoms and age I think that it has got something to do with neuropathy or spinal cord compression issues or osteoporosis leading it...so consult an orthopaedician. Thank you
