Good noon doctor my daughter is 10months old shes having cold and runny nose since 6 days given her cetrizine dihydrocloride 10mg medication7drops at night from past five days as per prescription in oman but its not relieved yet can I switch back to t minic drops of an Indian brand along with nasal spray also can I give her nasal soray during sleep ? Please help me thank you my daughter weight is 7.650 kg thank you

Saline nasal spray relieves nasal congestion and doesn't work right when there is running nose.
Better use any antihistamine syrup whichever works better for you , brand doesn't matter.
