  4. Saggy testicles. Too from past 3 days?

Suddenly my testicles have become loose it used to be thick and strong and also i had fluid leakage continously for 2 days more than 5 times. I dont watch porn nor masturbate not sure whats happening and slight pain while urination occurs too from past 3 days
