Two yrs back I weighed Onehundredtwentyfive kgs. It took me an year to get down to EightyFive kgs by diet control and running Five kms daily.Post that I'hv been doing gyming and hv built good amount of lean muscle.But my belly skin still sags badly and falls when I bend or do push ups.
