Sad and dislike my life
I feel sad most of the times.something directs me from inside to do and not to do things.eg.dont use those diapers for babies.open a new pack.wash your legs again..dont eat that food or eat that food..dont pray with that verse from quran..and it always comes with a negative thought..if i dont follow ..something will happen to someone..(i dont hear any voice or hallucinate)

I think u should consult a psychiatrist for medicinal help and treatment. U may have some OCD symptoms and obsessive thoughts. To learn how to deal with thoose u should consult psychologist and go through psychotherapy and counselling.

for overall health 1.sleep 8 hrs at night. 2.avoid too much social media. 3.avoid too much use of mobile pc laptop. 4.avoid mobile pc 1hr before sleep. 5.before sleep may hear good music,or read a good book or  can watch a good movie. 6.workout daily or regular morning walk or join gym. 7.Share ur thoughts with ur parents or good friends. 8.Concentrate on ur work,study,passion, hobby. 9.Maintain proper diet. 10.Take proper protein supplement and some time multivitamines.
