Rusty coloured bloody sputum in morning
Iam 20 years old iam suffering from connective tissue disorder and the reason that there is a rusty coloured blood in the morning and coughng little blood so pulmonologist said that to have ct scan for chest and DNS normal and c-anca,p-anca are normal bt aptt is 30.0 secs and prothrombin with inr is 16.1 secs and inr range is 1.36 secs and my ana test is positive what might be the reason

How much is the frequency and duration of this sputum? ANA is positive because of CTDs...get a ENA profile done...also share CT images with report...APTT and PT/INR doesn't seem to be a cause. get an opinion from ENT surgeon also.

Need some more details like since how many days you are suffering, other symptoms like fever, breathlessness and what is the connective tissue disease that you are suffering from etc., also please load ct Images so that I can get sme idea so as to narrow the diagnosis. I think there is no problem with pt, aptt and inr.
