Runny nose due to sinusitis
I am suffering from sinus infection due to which I am having a runny nose and day before yesterday I had 99 degree fever but right now I am fine. But due to sinus, I am having loss of smell. It's been 3-4 days that I am having this problem.

Do a plain CT scan of nose and PNS, then consult. Till then do steam inhalation to get relief.
