Sinus tachycardia usually is considered normal but it depends upon the complaints that u have .
Raised igE levels is a sign that u have allergic tendency

High IgE is wen u shud take anti IgE medications..
U can also have a visit wit ENT to see if thre is any sinusitis/hypertrophy etc
For tachycardia pattern if persisting for long..take an ECG..and take advice as per cardio..
Also control coffee/choclates/spicy/smokng/alcohol/stress if any coz it aggrevates tachycardia
