Running and testosterone level
Hi I'm male 32 years old, i recently lost weight from 90kg to 80kg, started long distance running, 10+km and somewhere i read the article about long distance running, where it was mentioned running long distance increases cortisol level in body in order to burn fat, and as a result of increased cortisol level, it decreases testosterone level in body, now I'm just not 100% sure, what was written there was true or not. And i did not want to take chances, so i stopped running, and now weight is 88kg again, so i need advice from real doctors, how to maintain testerostone level and balance weight as well, or running does not have any effect on T-levels. Thank you so much in advance.
