The treatment that you are taking is the standard treatment.
Many joints become painful in rheumatoid arthritis, but sometimes some particular joints may be more painful. These joint pains may not get relieved by oral medicine.
These joints may require a single injection into the joints, in this way the medicine is given at the target. There are three benefits of this,
1) The injection needs to be taken once rather than increasing the daily oral medicine
