I was tested rubella Igm positive and a month later tested negative for same.

IGM can be negetive in later months as it denotes recent infection. Have you gone through anomaly scan. How much your gestational age.
Based on this question it will be decided the risk of Congenital Rubella Syndrome in your baby.
