Rubella test - Best time to get vaccine
Dear Gynaec I have couple of queries, we are trying to conceive since 2 months but no luck. In the first month I had mild pregnancy symptoms but the period came normally. In the second month I had sever pregnancy symptoms like nausea, cramps, tiredness blah blah.. but I got periods (4-5 days delayed) After visiting the doctor and doing couple of tests, everything found normal. The Rubella test result was 0.686 which is negative. Now I wanted to take the vaccine but I'm confused about the timeline. 1. I had last period on 10th May 2. We had relations once on 15th May, hopefully not during ovulation. I'm not sure if it'll conceive or not, Question- 1) Should I go ahead and take vaccine in this month only by stopping the relations Or should I wait until next period and take vaccine in next month 2) What could happen if I take vaccine in this month, any major issue? Note: We had 2 miscarriages a year before by our own decision. Thanks.
