Dear friend, is the habit recent or since long? Before treating we should know the exact cause of the problem. It might be stress, occlusal imbalance, malocclusion. Night guard would give symptomatic relief. This habit leads to wearing off the teeth surface, in future it may lead to TM joint problem. So do not neglect it. Get yourself examined by specialist for accurate diagnosis.
