Puppies love to chew the food..you can give as it is with out soaking.but don't change the food Suddenly..if you are giving puppy cerelac now ..add little kibble and slowly increase kibble and decrease puppy cerelac..change food gradually over a period of one week...

There can be a lot of reasons for this vomiting. Overfeeding, indigestion, spooled food or food poisoning. However I recommend you pay a visit to the vet or start a consultation to find out the reason for the same and to rule out if it is an allergic response to the vaccine.
Health Tips
since he is too young, soaked feed is a good strategy.
