Roundworm - left side of face below ear

Asked for Male, 26 Years

I have a round worm on left side of face below the ear. It is increasing in size and causing itching and irritation. I'm applying clear gel on the affected area. It is providing temporary relief but not curing. Can anyone please advise what treatment is available to cure this? Also if it can be healed using any sort of medication?
