Asked for Female, 32 Years

My child is 4yrs old and delivered through csection. Of late (more frequently than before), i am still having those sharp pains in lower right and left side almost everytime when i stand up from bend, turn sides on while lying down. How to relive it and should I be concerned? We also had unprotected sex around 4 days after expected ovulation and my period is supposed to come tomorrow. Does this pain have anythinv to do with PMS or conception ?
