Rough black,white heads

Question

Asked for Male, 23 Years

Recently the skin on my nose has become rough with black head's, white heads, even applying face wash with salcylic acid , lemon extracts(Garnier acno fight) doesn't help ,tried aloe vera but can't find often .Any good permanent remedy for this
