Root Canal Treatment
I had rct treatment about a year ago. But few dats ago, my dental cap came out. My rct treated tooth has a small fracture in it. Is it possible that the cap can be placed in that tooth again? Or do I have to undergo a surgery? I really don't want to remove my natural tooth. Please help.

Hi..   I would advise you to stick to the opinion of your Dentist whom you are getting it checked..   To my opinion if the RCT tooth is fine (no infection seen on xray), and the fracture is minimum to the crown portion of tooth then you can get a new crown placed. If otherwise then it depends on the condition, you may need a Re-RCT or Post & core treatment or Extraction of your tooth..
Next Steps
Get it checked by your dentist and let him/her decide.
Health Tips
The clinical condition of a case may vary from patient to patient. We can't give conclusive treatment plan without checking your teeth or seeing the Xray.
