Right side testicle paining and swelling

Asked for Male, 22 Years

I am feeling little pain in my right testicle and also it's swelling. Feeling this problem from last 2 days. I have consulted with one local doctor and he gave me some medicines(no names), still no improvement. Found some vein are getting bigger(Felt by touching testicle), I'm thinking that I'm in Varicocele problem in testicle. Worst in day time
