Hi doc My sister 35 years old having some roughness in her right side of tongue and inner cheek also. She is feeling some heaviness on that affected area. She is not feeling taste due to this. Please tell what exactly is this? And give some treatment... She is applying a cream also name kenacort 0.1% from almost 2 weeks...but no improvement.. Attaching her tongue pic and cream which she applied
