Wel need to examine you to see how this problem all started....it might be a simple muscle spasm or related to gastritis, gastritis gall stones..etc..sp its better you consult a gen surgeon...thank you

Hello....... It could be due to trauma ,muscle spasm or inner organ pathology like lung infection, pluresy ,esophageal stricture etc.... Since your complaining of dysphagia get endoscopy done.. Consult gastroenterologist if there is problem in it.. Or else consult general physician for examination.
