Right side dull pain
I've a cycle of 31 days on 8 dec i had my lmp on 23 i had sex but with coitus interruptus method on 31 i had a very dull pain right side of my abdomen without any discharge or bleeding so i got anxious that I've ectopic pregnancy so to check whether I'm pregnant or not i did serum hcg it came <0.100 should i be worried for ectopic pregnancy ?? I'm unmarried and very much depressed regarding all this please tell me do traces of hcg is seen in blood in ectopic pregnancy also ??

If you are pregnant your HCG level according to your gestational age would be around 5-70
Your values are in non pregnant level
So there is no chance of ectopic pregnancy
Next Steps
if the pain in rt side is severe please get a sonogram to rule out other causes
