I have been having a difficulty to pick up anything but there is no pain in right side shoulder it is unable to move when I try to sleep on that side it makeme hurt a lot

Hi, You need to consult an occupational therapist at your place. They will help you to overcome the pain and also you will be able to use your hand functionally
