Right eye swollen with yellow pus discha
Hello doctor. My son is 37 days old. Since last night I can see his right eye lids are swollen and red. Also I see yellow gum like discharge which sticks his eyelids. He's unable to open the eye. Could it be conjunctivitis? Please advise on treatment
