Hello, Is the headache one sided? Any nausea? Redness/ increase light sensitivity in eyes? Do consult an ophthalmologist to evaluate your glass power, convergence, any eye infection, IOP, uveitis. Consult a physician if persisting headache to rule out migraine. About your continued computer work, follow 20/20/20 rule which means after 20 mins of continuous comp work, look at something 20 feet away for 20 second then get back to comp work to relax your eye muscles. Start refresh liquigel 4 times a day in both eyes.
