Right eye blurring vision
I have sphenoid wing meningioma.and it effects my right eye vision.right eye colour vision is defective.what should i do plz suggest me.is there no other option open unless surgery?i have no other symptoms found except blurring vision in the right eye &right eye pupil is quite larger than the left one.

If the meningioma is very small, SRS is an option. SRS is stereotactic Radiosurgery. Its not a surgery, only Ray treatment. But in the presence of decreasing vision and pupillary changes, Surgery is a better option.
