Right Cremaster Muscle Shortened
Hi all, I feel my right Cremaster has Shortened a little. It is almost 8 months now since I have noticed it. It is painful at time but majorly it's fine. My left testicle is fine but my right testicle has become more horizontal lately also when I am drunk then my Cremaster muscle become normal maybe because I am not in my senses but when I am sober my right testicle is slightly raised. I don't want to get any surgery but is this bad for me? I can bare this but I don't want things to go worse. My scrotum doppler is normal. I am able to pull it down for a while but it goes a little up again but not in the groin. Can I correct this by physiotherapy or any yoga or exercise. Please help.

In a normal adult male, the left testes usually hangs little lower as compared to right. A normal anatomical difference on both sides. (Left lower, right higher).

It may be a case of Retrectile Testis. Horizontal position of testis is not normal. Please share the report of USG both scrotum And Doppler study of the same. Thanks

If u have no pain or swelling or tenderness then forgot it. It might be a case of retractile testis As far as it's in scrotum ..it's acceptable
