I have mild back heavyness in right side of back. Most of the it disturbes me.But never feels any sharp pain till now only bulkyness.Urination looks proper but in light  yellow color.

Hi, it could be due to spasm of intercostal muscles due to irritation of nerve endings.. kindly consult orthopedician...
