Hello..... If your nose is scratched or picked, it can bleed. Taking antihistamines and decongestants for allergies, colds, or sinus problems can also dry out the nasal membranes and cause nosebleeds... Consult ent specialist in nearest hospital for examination.... Doc wil do needfull...
