Retrograde ejaculation
I couldn't get my sperm out after masturbating but when I go to piss I can see it to be little cloudy. I don't feel any pain neither I am not on any medication nor I had any surgery.

Consult a urologist for this. Some people do not contract their perineal muscles to push out the semen which enters the urine tube. Some people can have retrograde ejaculation. This can be proved by urine test done after masturbation or intercourse. It will show sperms in urine.
Some people can have anejaculation. This needs further evaluation and treatment.
