Retrogade ejaculation, cyst in test, ppp

Asked for Male, 20 Years

I have a small cyst in testicles which went away when I did a fast. But it came back. Also retrograde ejaculation is there. Uric acid is slightly high around 6 I also developed PPP around epenis What infection or uti this can be?? I also have angular chelitis. I take vitamins regularly but no relief. Basophils are 0 Mpv are 11.8 Lymphocytes are 46. Which infection this might be? I once overdosed 16-18 tab paracetamol in 2019, since then I'm facing these issue.
