Retro peritoneal Mass lesion seen
A well defined lobulated heteroechoic retro peritoneal mass lesion with irregular surface seen in pre tracheal and pre caval region just posterior to pancreas. CECT is advisable to exclude any malignacy. Mass size DIAMETER 3.7*3.5 CM I want to know is it any serious matter because I have always constipation and I am asthmatic also. In tuberculosis diagnosed and treatment is completed 9 months ago. I have feeling of vomiting coming whenever I eat something. I attached USG report also. Please suggest me treatment. I feel tightness or something little pain in upper abdomen and ghabrahat body temperature increases.
