Retraction of foreskin

Asked for Male, 34 Years

My foreskin doesn't retract properly, although it doesn't cause any issue during intercourse. Is it a case of frenulum breve? Should I consider circumcision at this age? FYI: I clean regularly, but only till the position where the foreskin retracts.
