Hello, Retainers should be cleaned every morning and at night time. Use seperate brush for it. Clean with water and brush. Don't use any kind of toothpaste over it. Place your retainers inside water, when not in use. Warm saline water rinses after you remove retainers. Still have queries then please consult with doctor online or offline for better guidance and treatment options.

Clean your aligners with water whenever you wear it. Brush your aligners with soft toothbrush. You can use gentle soap to remove any food particles . Never use hot water to clean your retainer as it may change the shape of retainer. Store in a protective case given by your dentist. Hi, retainer needs to be cleaned every morning and night. Use a separate brush to clean them. Don't use tooth paste, instead use any handwash. Hold it safely while cleaning. Put it in a separate box with clean water when not in mouth. Gargle and wash after every meal.
