Resulting abnormal values in HPLC report
Hi
I am preganat of 10-11 weeks. I have undergone HPLC blood test, which resulted in " peak corresponding to HBD seen in significant proportions" and
HBA0 seen in decreased proportions.
Please help me to know what it is... My doctor is scaring me telling some dangerous words

It can be either HbD Punjab trait or diseases. Kindly confirm. Also do HPLC test of your husband. If he is also trait you may need to do amniocentesis to confirm whether fetus is affected
