Respiratory problem
I recovered from covid 6 months before. My quality of life worsened after that. I frequently have breathing problem and feel so tired always. Is there any treatment or medicine available to improve my post covid complications ?

You overall immunity will be lowered post any viral infection and covid affects your lungs
Good nutrition and rest is important
Have to do aerobics and core muscle strengthening with breathing exercises -pranayama
And plenty of hydration is very important
