I recovered from covid 6 months before. My quality of life worsened after that. I frequently have breathing problem and feel so tired always. Is there any treatment or medicine available to improve my post covid complications ?

What kind of breathing problems? We need to get them ruled out . You can go for CXR pa view or pulmonary function test .
