I'm 23, playing tennis daily at a semi professional level(2 hours). I also have to put in 8 hours of work at a software company. Please suggest me a good balanced diet(breakfast, lunch, dinner) that can be incorporated easily to overcome the tiredness and get the strength to work through the day? P.S: I'm non-veg
