Report concluded as Cx short

Asked for Female, 31 Years

I had done my sonography today and quadruple Test. Doctor told me that I have a short cervix as baby in below the line.. I have to take 10days rest and after that they will do sonography and see what is the condition If required they a get a Stich.. I am really confused Does it mean that I may have a premature baby.. Doc did not clear my doubts properly.. I am 16week 2day pregnant and estimated fetal weoght is 124g.. Is there anything to worry
