U can get testicular cancer markers done.. take antibiotics for a week ... It's extremely rare to have para aortic nodes involved when u have a single orchitis.. but we can't say it's impossible.. so hope for the best and get the tumour markers for testicular cancer.. AFB, LDH, beta HCG... Swollen groin nodes are .. are they painful or hard when u touch it Thanks for the response doctor but I am really afraid for the tests cause I don't wanna suspect with a cancer at this age coz none in my family had testicle cancer and I am afraid of surgeries like removal and rplnd surgery Your saying orchitis with paraaortic lymphnodes is rare but what if I get testicle lump with paraaortic lymphadenopathy that's means cancer? If testicle cancer set aside then what organs cancer are associated with paraaortic lymphnodes? Im depressed
