Repetitive sore throat and cough
Since 2 months I am continually suffering from either sore throat or running nose or cough. I take nasal spary or antibiotics when condition worsens.

You seem to be suffering recurrent viral upper respiratory tract infection which is a common type of throat and nose infection in this season. Usually these infections are self resolving and symptomatic treatment with anti cold medicines, cough syrups and steam inhalation is sufficient
