Reoccurring rash on arm
Hi, I have a reoccurring small rash on one side of my arm, right above the elbow. It only appears once a year around this time and does not spread. The rash consists of a few puss bubbles and the area around them is sore. After a couple days my elbow itself because sore and is painful during regular activities. It eventually clears up after about a week or two, and then doesn’t come back until the following year.
