Reoccurring abscess’s on buttocks

Asked for Female, 18 Years

I’ve had reoccurring buttocks abscess’s / cysts (?) for about two years. It’s extremely embarrassing, it’s gotten to where now I have literal scars. Seeing a doctor doesn’t embarrass me, but with this i’m so embarrassed I can’t bring myself to go in. (Due to social phobia, depression, psychosis and schizophrenia) I’m 4’10, 118 lbs, caucasian, female, and I eat an extremely healthy diet. The bumps are hard, red / purple with no head and no pain unless there’s an attempt to pop
