Renal pelvis dialation of 2 month baby
My 2 month having bilateral renal pelvis dialation it was diagnosed when i was pregnant . He is now 2 month in ultrasound after birth dialation were3mm right side and 5 mm on left side. When we did ultrasound again after 2 month it was 9 mm right side and 7 mm left side . I am worried what to be done? Does it cure by itself? . His urine output is normal 20 times almost in a day . Pls advice. Does it need surgery??
