I have my last dates on 14tb feb and this time missed my dates so checked 2times and its coming positive. But in ultrasound there's nothing so should i take medicine to abort or not

if test report is positive then there is chance of pregnancy. in starting condition its not compulsory that usg shows positive result. after 10 days may be usg show result.
