Your baby may be having antibiotic-associated diarrhea, worsened by teething. Give oral rehydration solution (ORS) and a pediatric probiotic as advised by your doctor. Avoid sugary or oily foods, and give light, easily digestible meals. Please consult your pediatrician urgently for a thorough check-up.

It is common for babies to have digestive disturbances after a course of antibiotics, which can disrupt gut flora. The loose stools may be due to this or teething-related increased saliva intake. Ensure proper hydration with ORS, zinc supplementation (10–20 mg daily for 14 days), and a probiotic like Saccharomyces boulardii or Lactobacillus. Avoid dairy and offer a light, easily digestible diet. If symptoms persist or worsen (e.g., fever, dehydration signs, or blood in stools), consult a pediatrician.
