It has been 4.5 yrs since my lasik eye surgery was done but than also i have power specs. And continued eye prmbs like etching, irritation n pain.

Your number might have regressed. And seems to have dryness. Please use lubricant eye drops e.g. teardrop 2to3 times.

Try
A cold compresses
B. Use lubricating eyedrop frequently like refresh tears
C.. Use antiglare glasses
D restrict use of mobile
