Related To Back Left Shoulder - Hi Doctor, From Last A Month

Related to back left shoulder

Hi Doctor, From last a month approx I feel some sensation all the time at just below the left shoulder back bone, it is feel like a tape stick at that area. I massage that area 2-3 time by my wife but no any improvement is there. Location mark in red in attached picture.
