Sir my name is uday. I am from rehmatic heasrt disease. And moderate severely mitral valve regritation and grade 2-3 and lv is 58%.whether i go to surgery or it can cure with help of medicines

There's definitely a problem in d heart which needs a correction not just with medicines but a surgical correction. Timing of surgery depends on several factors including echo findings. U shud consult ur cardiologist and take appropriate advise.
