Regular left chest pain since 8 months
I have done my ECG,Echo, chest x-ray test 3 months ago.all are showing normal, SPO2 and pulse rate also normal. ECG diagnosis"Sinus tachycardia with sinus arrthymia",Low T wave(V6) .yet I am feeling left chest with left hand pain regularly since 7-8 months.what should I do please help?. hereby attaching my ECG and echo report. I have 1 year past history of bell's palsy now recovered completely.

ECG ECHO are normal. Likely musculoskeletal pain. Get a TMT done

Ecg / echo are normal It can be musculoskeletal pain - take muscle relaxant
