Regular constipation with minor blood
Hello doctor,
i am 22 years male,i have constipation which occurs once in 15 days,the color of the stool is normal but there will be a line if blood on the stool.i drink 2-3 liters of water a day.this is the first time i have been constipated in my entire life. the blood is not much also the pain occurs during excretion.after the excretion the pain is gone and the stomach functions normal.what should i do please help.....!!!!1

[ ] Hi dear, it seems you have developed fissure in ano. ( a cut in anal canal due to passage of hard stool. ) apply diltigesic ointment 2% three times a day after passing stool. Take Dabur nature care isabgol 2 teaspoon in on be glass of Luke warm water after dinner daily for 15 days. Do sitz bath three times a day. Feel free to ask any further quary.
